Tim Cook เผยว่ายินดีที่ Apple Central World เปิดทำการ และ Tim Cook เองเคยเดินทางมาประเทศไทยเมื่อเดือนธันวาคมเพื่อดูงานก่อสร้าง และตื่นเต้นที่จะได้ให้บริการกับลูกค้า
โดย Tim Cook ได้ทิ้งท้ายข้อความภาษาไทยว่า “รักษาสุขภาพด้วยนะครับ”

Apple Central World เปิดทำการแล้วตั้งแต่วันที่ 31 ก.ค. 2020, โดยลูกค้าและผู้เข้าชมร้านจะต้องปฏิบัติตามนโยบายด้านสุขภาพ เช่น สวมหน้ากากอนามัย เว้นระยะห่างทางสังคม เป็นต้น
