ถือว่าเป็นอีกบริการหลังการขายที่ดีสำหรับ dtac ที่ทำออกมาในรูปแบบลักษณะนี้นะครับ สิ่งที่ผมประทับใจในบริการของ dtac คือเขามีการเตรียมพนักงานและเทรนเรื่องราวเกี่ยวกับไอโฟนทุกเรื่องให้กับกลุ่มที่ชื่อว่า iPhone Buddy ที่จะคอยประจำอยู่แต่ละสาขา บางคนก็ช่วยได้เยอะบางคนก็ช่วยได้น้อยอันนี้ก็ไม่ว่ากันครับ
รู้จัก iPhone Buddy ของ dtac มาตั้งแต่สมัย iPhone 3GS ละที่ตอนนั้นดีแทคได้เปิดตัวไปและล่าสุดความเคลื่อนไหวเกี่ยวกับกลุ่ม iPhone Buddy ว่าตอนนี้เขาก็ยังมีการอัปเดตข้อมูลใหม่ๆให้ทันกับ iOS ของไอโฟนที่เปลี่ยนแปลงเร็วทุกวันด้วย
เอาเป็นว่าหากใครมีข้อสงสัยหลังจากได้รับเครื่องไปแล้วก็แวะเข้าไปถาม iPhone Buddy ได้เลยเขาช่วยเต็มที่ครับ วันนี้ผมมีตัวอย่างมาให้ชมด้วย

ผมว่าสิ่งเหล่านี้เป็นเรื่องที่ดีที่หลายๆคนควรจะศึกษาเอาไว้นะครับ ไงก็ลองแวะไปใช้บริการที่ dtac shop ได้ตามสบายครับผม

Apple now has Rhapsody as an app, which is a great start, but it is currently hampered by the inability to store locally on your iPod, and has a dismal 64kbps bit rate. If this changes, then it will somewhat negate this advantage for the Zune, but the 10 songs per month will still be a big plus in Zune Pass’ favor.
