ก่อนหน้านี้มีประเด็นถกเถียงเรื่อง RAM ของ iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max โดยบางรายงานบอกว่าทั้ง 3 รุ่นใช้ RAM 4GB เหมือนกัน แต่บางรายงานบอกว่า iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max ใช้ RAM สูงถึง 6GB
Steve Troughton-Smith นักพัฒนาได้พบข้อมูลใน Xcode และยืนยันว่า iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max ใช้ RAM 4GB เหมือนกัน โดยอัปเกรดจาก iPhone รุ่นปีที่แล้วขึ้นมา 1GB ไม่ได้มีรุ่นใดใช้ RAM 6GB ตามรายงานก่อนหน้านี้
Xcode also confirms that no model of iPhone 11 or 11 Pro/Max has 6GB of RAM. All models have 4GB of RAM

Apple Watch Series 5 ไม่เน้นปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพจาก Series 4
ส่วน Apple Watch Series 5, Steve Troughton-Smith เผยว่าตัวเครื่องยังใช้ชิป S5 แต่ดูแล้วไม่ได้ปรับปรุงประสิทธิภาพด้าน CPU/GPU อะไรมาก ดังนั้นอาจเป็นชิป S4 รุ่นปรับปรุงจาก Apple Watch Series 4
According to Xcode, Apple Watch Series 5 has the same generation CPU/GPU as the Apple Watch Series 4; I guess the only changes are a gyro and 32GB of NAND? The plus side of that is that we won’t have to worry about watchOS being slower on the Series 4 than on a brand new model

Steve Troughton-Smith เดาว่า Apple Watch Series 5 น่าจะปรับปรุงที่เก็บข้อมูลใหม่ (NAND 32GB) ซึ่งทำให้สามารถประมวลผลได้เร็วกว่า Apple Watch Series 4 ซึ่ง Apple เองก็ไม่ได้พูดถึงประเด็นเรื่องประสิทธิภาพ และชิปประมวลผลในการเปิดตัว Apple Watch Series 5 แต่อย่างใด จึงเป็นไปได้ว่า Apple Watch Series 5 ใช้การออกแบบภายในเหมือน Series 4 แต่มีการปรับปรุงบางจุดเท่านั้น
iPad (รุ่นที่ 7) ใช้ RAM 3GB
นอกจากนั้น Steve Troughton-Smith ยังพบข้อมูลอีกว่า iPad (รุ่นที่ 7) มาพร้อม RAM 3GB ซึ่งอัปเกรดจากรุ่นที่แล้วขึ้นมา 1GB

อย่างไรก็ตาม วันที่ 20 กันยายนนี้จะเป็นวันแรกที่ Apple เปิดขาย iPhone 11, iPhone 11 Pro, iPhone 11 Pro Max และแน่นอนว่าจะมีข้อมูลยืนยันเรื่อง RAM ออกมาให้ทราบกันหลังจากนั้นไม่นานอย่างแน่นอน
